Discipline Plan for 5^th Grade

              Classroom Rules

   1.  Be Respectful to others.

   2. Follow directions the 1^st time.

   3. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

 

If you choose to break a rule:

1^st time- Name on board- warning

2^nd time- 1 check- sit out 5min recess

3^rd time- 2 checks- sit out 10 min recess

4^th time- 3 checks- sit out all recess and parent contacted

5^th time- 4 checks- sit out 2 days recess and sent to the office

 

Severe disruptions- student sent immediately to the office.

 

Names and checks erased each day.

Positive Notes Home (random)

Whole-class Radio Time or Free Time (weekly)

“Raise a grade” certificate (monthly)

Popcorn party (random)

Survivoropoly (Fridays)

Tickets (daily)
